CROSSFIT KIDS

Helping kids learn to love fitness! We make our kid's programming fun and functional, teaching them the basic CrossFit movements and how to properly and safely move their bodies. 

CrossFit Kids will be happening this summer with our fantastic Coach Taren! These classes are open to kids and preteen students, ages 5-12. CrossFit Kids will run from June 15 - August 14.

 

Our weekly schedule is split into Kids and PreTeen Classes. See below:

  • Tuesdays // 9 am (Ages 5-8)   // 9:45 am (Ages 9-12)

  • Thursdays // 4 pm (Ages 5-8)   // 4:45 pm (Ages 9-12)

  • Saturdays // 9 am (Ages 5-8)   //  9:45 am (Ages 9-12)

If you have more than one child, you will need to register each child individually. Payment is required in full before sessions begin. Payment can be processed at the gym by cash, check, or card.
