WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
If you are new to CrossFit, you will begin your journey with three intro sessions with a certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
During these sessions you will learn:

2. CrossFit Methodology
Why we do what we do
3. How to Move Safely
Evaluate your mobility and skills
Safely coach you on movements
4. Meet coaches and Members
We want to get to know you and your goals
When you are finished with your intros, you will feel more confident and ready to attend any class with your unlimited membership.
