WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
All new members begin their CrossFit journey with a free Intro session where you sit down with a coach to discuss your goals and how we can help you succeed. From there, members have three On-Ramp sessions with a certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
During these On-Ramp sessions you will learn:
1. The Basic Movements of CrossFit
2. CrossFit Methodology
Why we do what we do
3. How to Move Safely
Evaluate your mobility and skills
Safely coach you on movements
4. Meet coaches and Members
We want to get to know you and your goals
When you are finished with your On-Ramps, you will feel more confident and ready to begin any group class or personal training.
