WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

If you are new to CrossFit, you will begin your journey with three intro sessions​ with a certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.​

During these sessions you will learn:

1.  The Basic Movements of CrossFit

  • Metabolic conditioning

  • Barbell movements

  • Gymnastics 

2.  CrossFit Methodology

  • Why we do what we do

3.  How to Move Safely

  • Evaluate your mobility and skills

  • Safely coach you on movements

4.  Meet coaches and Members

  • We want to get to know you and your goals​

When you are finished with your intros, you will feel more confident and ready to attend any class with your unlimited membership.
