We all started somewhere, and we haven’t forgotten how impossible it can feel. That's why we work hard to provide you a welcoming environment, experts to help guide you, and an encouraging community to make it fun.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

All new members begin their CrossFit journey with a free Intro session where you sit down with a coach to discuss your goals and how we can help you succeed. From there, members have three On-Ramp sessions​ with a certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.​

During these On-Ramp sessions you will learn:

1.  The Basic Movements of CrossFit

  • Metabolic conditioning

  • Barbell movements

  • Gymnastics 

2.  CrossFit Methodology

  • Why we do what we do

3.  How to Move Safely

  • Evaluate your mobility and skills

  • Safely coach you on movements

4.  Meet coaches and Members

  • We want to get to know you and your goals​

When you are finished with your On-Ramps, you will feel more confident and ready to begin any group class or personal training.
